Enjoy your full day by exploring Ayutthaya, the second capital of Thailand. Ayutthaya is listed as the world heritage site recognized by UNESCO in 1991.
A lot of temples were built in the Ayutthaya period over 600-700 years but they were burned down together with the fall of Ayutthaya Kingdom in 1767.
About 99% of the temples in Ayutthaya were destroyed but the beauty of Thai architecture still remains and waits for you to explore. Ayutthaya is also famous for its boat noodles and Thai cotton candy (Roti Saimai). Don’t miss them!
